Part Time Administrator
£14,000 to £16,000 pro rata
Our client based in Wakefield is seeking a Part Time Administrator to join their team. The role will involve supporting both sales and admin functions within the company.
Duties will include:
• Maintaining and updating the database
• Producing and implementing mail shots
• Liaising with customers and suppliers
• Maintaining the company web-site activities
• Administration support as and when required
The successful candidate will be flexible and have excellent communication skills and is able to communicate at all levels. You must be computer literate, preferably with experience in Sage Act, QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Publisher.
Hours: 20 – 25 per week, hours are flexible to suit the individual.
